EAGLES FLY TO SECOND AFTER DYNAMOS' WIN

Blue Eagles have moved up to second in the FDH Premiership after putting a brilliant display to comfortably beat Goshen City Dedza Dynamos 2-0 at the Dedza Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Micium Mhone scored in the first half before Stacia Chibala adding second in the second half to secure a vital win for the Area 30 based side.

Head coach for the team De Klerk Msakakuona said their early goal into the game helped them a lot to play their usual game.

"It was a tough match because Dedza were winless in three games so we knew they would come hard on us but I'm happy that we have managed to score two goals," said Msakakuona.

He also said that his team has many good players hence rotating the squad to give other players a rest.

The Eagles are up to second in the standings with 9 points from three wins and one defeat in the League, level on points with leaders Silver Strikers.
