Wanderers beat Mitundu to return to winning-ways

Mighty Wanderers are back to winning ways in the FDH Premiership after beating rookies, LUANAR Mitundu, 2-0 at the Dedza Stadium to maintain their perfect start away from home on Saturday afternoon.

Veteran forward, Muhammad Sulumba opened the scores before Blessings Singini doubling the lead as the Nomads grabbed their second away win of the season.

Head coach for the Nomads, Bob Mpinganjira, hailed his boys for playing according to his instructions helping the team to secure the win.

"We told the boys that it happens in football [after we lost to FCB Nyasa Big Bullets] and that it was just a second game of the season which means we have many games to play. I am happy with the response today, they played much better," said Mpinganjira.
