Chiudza joins Civil for free

Mighty Tigers forward, Precious Chiudza, has finally joined Civil Service United after leaving the Kaukau Boys as a free agent last month.

The player confirmed about his departure on Wednesday through a release on his Facebook page where he bidded a farewell to the 1989 Super League champions.

Meanwhile, Mighty Tigers technical director Robin Alufandika confirmed about the departure of the forward and wished him well in his future endeavours.

"He asked us that he wants to Join Civil Service United and the team wrote us a letter and we reached an agreement with them. The player is currently is in Lilongwe and has joined them," said Alufandika.

The veteran sportsman described Chiudza as a pillar of the team as he was used in different positions which really proves his worth and reliability at the team.

The player joined the Kaukau Boys in 2019 but his best season was in 2023 under Christopher Nyambose as he scored 9 goals and provided five assists.
