"We are going to finish it in the 90 minutes" - Jegwe
Malawi Under 20 National Football team head coach, Millias Pofera Jegwe, said his team is looking to end Zambia's dominance over Malawi as they plan to finish the game in 90 minutes to reach the final of the tournament.
He said this on Thursday ahead of the match against Zambia on Friday in the semi finals and said hie team has no pressure as they go into the match as underdogs.
"We are a team that are on a mission. We managed to break the 14-year jinx to qualify for the semi finals now we want to go for something big. Zambia is always tough to us but tomorrow we want to end that story." Said Jegwe.
He also said the team will use some players due to the injuries of other players but have not prepared for penalties as he believes the game won't reach that stage.
The team reached the semis after finishing top of the Group A with 7 points from two wins and one draw while Zambia finished second in Group B.
