Nyambose impressed with Songwe's performance
Songwe Border United head coach, Christopher Nyambose, said he is impressed with the performance of his team against Mighty Wanderers and believes they will win more points if they replicate the play into their forthcoming matches.
He said this on Wednesday after the team lost 0-2 to the Nomads at the Karonga Stadium where they managed to hold the Nomads for 55 minutes without a goal.
Nyambose said: "I should thank my boys for the good performance despite that we have gotten a bad result but the play was good and if we play like this in other games I think we will get more points." Said Nyambose.
The team remain searching for their first ever win in the TNM Super League after going 11 matches without recording a win in their debut League.
The team stay 16th on the table with one point from 10 defeats and one draw in the League.
