Enzo Fernandez, Nicolas Jackson, Jadon Sancho and Moises Caicedo all stroke in the second half to win the trophy for the Blues.

Meanwhile, the Enzo Maresca's side has become the first team to win every UEFA tournament after also winning the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Super League.
