Flames Technical Director Marian Mario Marinica plans to implement field philosophy of playing fast, thinking fast, acting fast and an organised team.
Marinica has disclosed the philosophy after Flames first training session in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
"We want to have a team that is hardworking, able to create chances and score goals; however I don't want to raise hopes that later might not be much," said Marinica.
