Rajabinho to miss Blantyre Derby today

Mighty Wanderers faces a huge blow ahead of the FDH Bank Cup semi final crash against FCB Nyasa Big Bullets after the absence of their midfielder, Rajab Nyirenda, who misses the game due to the tournament's rules.

Nyirenda was handed a start in his first Blantyre Derby and played for over an hour to deliver a much spirited performance for the team.

Meanwhile, he is likely not to be featured in the second match following his involvement in the tournament already as he featured for Chitipa United before moving to Mighty Wanderers.

The Nomads will also not have Wisdom Mpinganjira, Gaddie Chirwa and Chimwemwe Nkhoma due to injuries but Mphatso Kamanga could be handed minutes in his return from a long term injury.

A win for the Nomads will take them into the final of the tournament where they will face Silver Strikers which beat Civil Service United on Saturday.
