Cops fail to arrest soldiers in Dowa
Blue Eagles failed to replicate their performance in their last week's 0-1 win over FCB Nyasa Big Bullets as they suffered their first defeat under head coach, De Klerk Msakakuona, after going down 3-0 at the Champions Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The team went 8 games without tasting a defeat but faced a much spirited Kamuzu Barracks side which had Francis Mchema netting twice and assisting Zeliat Nkhoma to hand them a heavy loss in Dowa.
Head coach for the team, De Klerk Msakakuona, easily conceded the defeat saying the first half goals made them fail to come back into the game.
"It was a good game but I think we didn't start well as we conceded those two which was hard for us into the game and we accept it and look forward onto the next game against Chitipa United so that we should win there." Said Msakakuona.
The team remain fourth in the standings with 23 points from 14 games after claiming 6 wins, five draws and three defeats in the Lea
